Dolphins are a species of whale. Specifically, cetaceans (an infraorder of animals which is Latin for “whale”) are divided into toothed whales, such as dolphins and beluga whales, and baleen whales such as blue whales.

Stray animals are particularly well taken care of in Turkey.

Even during the COVID-19 crisis, the government put out an order that strays be looked after, given that fewer people were outside feeding them during the pandemic.
